Broken 3D Printer?
We can help.
With extensive experience working with multiple brands of printers, we can fix and maintain nearly any brand of 3D printer!
Exceptional customer service and fair business practices are the foundation of our business.
We will diagnose your printer and provide an estimate, with no hidden fees or charges.
Our pricing is the best in PA, and we will gladly match or beat competitors’ quotes for repairs and other services.
We service individual machines as well as large printer fleets. No job is too big or too small for us!
We are happy to show you the root cause of the issue and provide advice on how to prevent it in the future.
Most repairs take about 5-7 days to complete, major issues and full rebuilds can take longer. We will give you an estimate on how long your repair should take.
We also perform yearly preventative maintenance routines and can help keep your whole 3D printer fleet running smoothly. Schools and businesses love this!
Already have parts and just need them installed? We are happy to install them for you. We NEVER upcharge or profit on parts. If it costs us $10 to get a part, you would pay the same $10.
Did you try to fix it yourself and make it worse? No problem, we handle that all the time. Bring all the parts in a bag and we will figure it all out for you.
We operate under a policy of full transparency, from the cost of parts to the cost of the services we provide. If you’re wondering how your machine is doing, we are happy to provide progress updates.
Most 3D printer repairs are pretty inexpensive. We charge by the project, not by the hour. We don’t like surprise bills, and you probably don’t either.
Far away from us? No problem! You can ship us your printer for repair! (Continental US only - Please contact us before shipping a machine.)
We are fully insured - your machines are safe in our hands.
Fill out your contact details to have us get in touch with you.
We will never add you to a mailing list, spam you, or sell your data. We will follow up one time if we think you didn’t get our first email to you.
*Heavily modified printers and end-of-life equipment are typically harder to find parts for, and we will let you know if we are unable to service your machine.
If we can’t fix your machine, we do not charge you for the repair. A troubleshooting fee (maximum $50) may still be applicable, and we will let you know of this before we attempt a repair.
